: If a firmware error occurs, use the System Recovery option. Note: Ensure no mobile devices are connected to the box during this process, and only perform recovery using the latest software version.

: Plug in the box after driver installation. For optimal results, ensure it is assigned to COM Port 3 rather than a high-numbered port.
