Dwight uses the blood from his injured driving instructor to write down the car’s license plate number. He eventually traces the vehicle to Fennario Ranch , where he discovers the shooter is Armand "Manny" Truisi , a former associate from his New York days.
Stacy Beale, the ATF agent Dwight previously slept with, reveals she was exiled to Tulsa after a traumatic incident in New York. Despite her internal conflict, she pulls strings to get Dwight released from police custody after the shooting.
