He tapped the arrow key to see the next photo. It was the same backyard, but the camera was closer. The dog house was slightly larger.

As the first pale, elongated finger poked through the gap in his floorboards, Leo finally understood the text file. The dog house wasn't a place on the screen. It was being built out of him. If you’re looking for something different, let me know:

Inside the "SIGHT" folder were 50 JPEG images. Leo clicked the first one. It was a grainy, low-resolution photo of a suburban backyard at night. In the center stood a small, wooden dog house. It looked brand new. The dog house v0.1.rar

Leo realized then why the file was version 0.1. The house wasn't finished yet. It needed more material.

By photo ten, the perspective was from the doorway of the dog house, looking out. But the backyard was gone. Instead, the dog house looked out into Leo’s own living room. He tapped the arrow key to see the next photo

Leo froze. He looked over his shoulder. His living room was empty, bathed in the blue glow of his monitor. He looked back at the screen and clicked through the photos rapidly.

Leo opened the text file. It contained a string of GPS coordinates and one sentence: He’s waiting for the floor to be built. As the first pale, elongated finger poked through
