Use FAT32 for older systems or NTFS/exFAT if specified by the readme file.
A .part1.rar file cannot be opened on its own. It is part of a set that requires all other pieces (e.g., SiMo13.part2.rar , SiMo13.part3.rar ) to be present in the same folder to reconstruct the original data. SiMo13.part1.rar
