Researchers often use the Sentinel-1 Toolbox to process radar imagery from the Copernicus satellite mission. While the modern version is integrated into the SNAP (SeNtinel Application Platform) installer, older standalone tools might use this naming convention.
Right-click the .exe , go to Properties , and check the Digital Signatures tab. A legitimate file should be signed by a known company like Thales, SafeNet, or the European Space Agency.
Be cautious if the file requests unusual permissions. For example, some "Sentinel" security agents will intentionally disable Windows Defender to prevent conflicts.
