The local "perfect mom" Maisy Gibbons is revealed to be working as a dominatrix. One of her clients is Rex Van de Kamp, Bree's husband. During a session with Maisy, Rex suffers a heart attack. At the hospital, Bree discovers the truth about his infidelity and sexual needs.
