Tuong Lu Kim, the owner of City Wok, is furious about the competition and is further insulted that the townspeople of South Park cannot distinguish between Chinese and Japanese cultures.
In a parody of the film Psycho , the police discover that "Lu Kim" (the City Wok owner) was actually just one of Dr. Janus's many personalities all along. Despite this, the police decide to let Janus continue believing he is Lu Kim so the town can keep its only Asian restaurant.
