In the King of the Hill episode " Orange You Sad I Did Say Banana? " (Season 10, Episode 6), Kahn faces a crisis of identity after Ted Wassanasong insults him for being too Westernized. To prove his heritage, Kahn embraces an extreme, traditional lifestyle, which ruins his family's new pool and involves him in a fraudulent, high-stakes political plot.
