To create a full report within the student placement software, you can either use built-in templates or the Report Designer for a custom layout. Option 1: Using Built-in Templates

Browse the available provided in the sidebar.

Select a template based on the data you need (e.g., student lists, site contacts, or placement data).

Navigate to the tab at the top of your navigation bar.

Click . Your new report will now appear under its category in the main Reports tab. Alternative: Exporting Data for External Reporting

Enter a recognizable and select or create a Category to group it.

Form responses can be exported to Excel for raw data or bulk-exported to PDF .

Note that placement-specific data must be exported from the Placement Group module specifically.
