A delinquent named Maa-kun, who is also a childhood friend of Najimi , tries to confess his love. When he gets aggressive, Komi steps in to return a key he dropped. Because she stammers and stares intensely while trying to speak, Maa-kun becomes convinced she is a "murderer" and flees in terror.
