Just rewatched "Adventures in Baby-Getting" and that ending with the "Homer wall" at the clinic still sticks with me.
In Season 24, Episode 3, Marge gets the "baby fever" itch after a sinkhole swallows her car, but Homer isn't exactly on board. Things get creepy fast when they find out Homer has a whole army of "biological twins" out there thanks to some old sperm bank deposits.
