Centuries ago, the ambitious mage sought to rule the world. Using the legendary Thirteen Runestones , he performed a forbidden ritual to summon the demon lord Skorne from the Underworld. However, Garm underestimated the demon’s power. Skorne broke free, struck down Garm, and unleashed his demonic legions across the land.
The true "dark legacy" concludes when the heroes finally destroy Skorne's essence, only to discover that Garm—now a twisted, undead version of himself—awaits them as the final secret boss, attempting one last time to claim the power he failed to control centuries ago.
