The story follows Elsa's determined, yet slightly chaotic, attempt to throw Anna the "perfect" birthday party. Despite Elsa having a cold—which she insists she doesn't get—she leads Anna on a city-wide treasure hunt. The twist? Every time Elsa sneezes, her magic unintentionally creates tiny, mischievous snow-babies called that wreak havoc on the party decorations.
