Enter the (Factory Menu). For many universal boards, the code is often Menu + 1147 , Menu + 2580 , or Source + 2580 .
Use a USB drive (at least 1GB) and format it to FAT32 .
Download and extract the .rar file. Copy the .bin or .img firmware file directly to the root of the USB drive (do not put it in a folder). Initiate Update: Power off the TV. Insert the USB drive into the TV's USB port.
