Because there is no official Steam Workshop support for blueprints yet, players use community-run repositories:
: Click the Add New Blueprint button (often represented by a + icon or an arrow pointing into a box) and paste the text (Ctrl + V).
: The Captain's Office must be built and active for the blueprint interface to function.
