Holt leaves a trail of clues for the squad by smearing chocolate on the letter "H" of various hospital signs.

The episode picks up with the squad attempting to rescue Captain Holt from his former partner turned traitor, (played by Dennis Haysbert). After a tense standoff at a hospital, the team manages to capture Bob and take him to Rosa’s secret apartment , which is surprisingly well-decorated and clean.

The episode features iconic dry exchanges between Holt and Bob, such as their shared disdain for carob and raisins ("Chocolate is the devil's carob," "And carob is Satan's raisin").
