The film presents an alternate history where (played by director Sebastian Stein) and Hideki Tojo did not die in 1945 but instead fled to Ghana. Using superhuman karate and brainwashing techniques, they create a new army known as the "Ghan-Aryans" to attempt world conquest. The story follows a young kung-fu disciple named Addae , who seeks revenge after Hitler's forces destroy his dojo, kill his master, and kidnap his girlfriend.
