If you need the full Develop toolset (like HSL or Detail sliders): Capture a "Poster Frame" (still image) from your video. Edit that still image in the Develop module . Simply select your video and choose a preset
While in the Library module (press G or E ), look at the Quick Develop panel on the right side. You can adjust exposure, contrast, white balance, and vibrancy here.
